The Vor'cha type ship of the game Star Trek Armada is the Klingon's cruiser. It is build by the Shipyard. It can be enhanced with a Polaron Torpedo, disrupting other ships sub systems. Its cloaking device make it a neat surprise attack ship, that's particularly cheap on crew (180) and dilithium (360). It can be built fairly fast (36 s), putting a bigger drain on the supply than other cruisers (8.3/s). It's shield recharge rate of 1.35/s is rather low. This ship is meant to be built a lot and to be used in conjunction with its cloak (surprise attacks).
