| After that incident Sela states, that you might get a shortcut, if you find out what the pattern of the wormholes ahead is. They are switching their connections. (There seems to be no discernible pattern, but you may try.) The actually easier way for you is to simply destroy the three Vor'cha cruisers, that are waiting further ahead. Even if you sustain some damage, you can always go back to the yards you captured, to repair your ships. The last section of the mission and map is a rather large area with almost no objects. There are one Vor'cha, one Fek'lhr, one [[SuQ'jagh]] and one Negh'Var patrolling back and forth. They should not be a problem now. | The Klingons will attack you rather early. Also the [[Jach'eng]] attack wave will come relatively soon. You are under a tight schedule on this mission. Keep the initial ships, as they will be the only thing besides your build stations, that will help you defend against the initial Klingon attack. Once you have the [[Romulan Advanced Shipyard|Advanced Shipyard]] producing the first [[D'deridex|Warbirds]], you may consider recycling them. When the Jach'eng ships arrive at the scene, try and capture at least one. They will help you considerably, when deployed against the Klingons. Also do try and scout early on with your Talons. The Farpoint Station story was concluded just before Picard is attacked by the Borg Sphere, that is subsequently destroyed by the Premonition. Even when cheating yourself enormous amounts of health and crew to certainly survive anything thrown at you (ODF modification), bit more than minute after the Transwarp Gate re-opening for the retreat the game starts with the next step of the script, the destruction of the Transwarp Gate, but the mission ends there. |
